I have a few kiddos that read this blog, so let me state that today's post is rated "PG" which could stand for "Pretty Good" but in this case it stands for "Parental Guidance."
A few days ago I pointed out that there's something funny going on with the new Indiana license plates. Well, today I saw a few more that made me chuckle...
"845 ETC"
POLICE OFFICER: Sir, did you happen to catch the license plate of the person that ran into your car and then sped off?
CITIZEN: Yes I did. They were Indiana plates and it was "845 ETC."
POLICE OFFICER: Um....ok. Do you actually KNOW the last three digits of the plate?
CITIZEN: Yes, it was "ETC."
POLICE OFFICER: Ok. So what were the last three digits?
"245 AZZ"
Honestly, I don't remember the first three numbers of this one, but I sure as heck remember that this was the AZZ Car! It reminds me of an old Seinfeld episode.

Good ones!!!
What are the rest of the numbers!! LOL (ETC) !!!
In Calif. yo can have 7 letters
How about 'GET LOST' ?
Sir did you manage to get the license plate of the car that hit you?
Shortly thereafter, dragging the victim to jail.
That's pretty funny, Steve. I remember the ASSMAN episode.
Rog,
Even though you weren't really talking about vanity plates per say, I have to say, I don't care for them.
It's such a "me" society anyway. Plus, I think too, it makes some people targets. Like "sr. cit." as an example. If a crook sees this, they could believe it's a senior citizen they can rob once the car has stopped.
The ones though, that really get me are the ones that say, i.e.,
"Tom's Toy" for his BMW, or "I B Cute." I know, I'm being, well I can't use the word but it has retentive in it! Ha.
Be well,
Randy
Randy:
Vanity plates CAN be funny. But it's the accidental plates that crack me up the most.
Now, if you all want to see some REALLY FUNNY license plates, go to Google and do a search for "funny license plates," and then click on images. I will warn you that some of these are off color (but I have to admit, funny).
Don't get me started on license plates. The first three symbols on my wife's new plates for her "new" used car is PMN, when I first saw it I thought it was PMS! How sad.
Rog,
Maybe I should repent, but I do like some "off color" stuff. I don't know why I do, but it just seems funnier than the standard stuff that is out there. Thanks for the tip on the google search, I'll have to check it out!
