...it's in Kentucky!
There's something else silly about it, but I'm still trying to figure it out.

I see the problem - Kentucky is hogging the Ohio River. If KY shared fairly, the border would be in the middle of the river and the library just might still be in Ohio.

If preschool can be regularly held in the forest (rain or shine, warm or snowing), then I see no problem with an innovative island of knowledge.
